Why Make a Schedule Request?

• We can create a schedule that works for you!
• It''s the way all of our classes (both group and private) are arranged.

Making a Schedule Request is a Two-Part Process

1. Step One: Submit a schedule request.
2. Step Two: After you receive notice that we have created the schedule, log onto the website to complete the registration and pay the balance of the class fee.

Schedule Request Deposit

• For each schedule request you must make a $25.00 deposit. This is not an extra fee.
• If we are able to create a class within the parameters you set, the $25 will be applied toward the cost of lessons.
• Your deposit will automatically be deducted from the cost of the class when registering.
• This deposit is nonrefundable, except in the cases where a class CANNOT be created to accomodate your request.

Your $25 deposit will NOT be returned to you if

• We create a class within the parameters that you set, but you register for a class that is scheduled outside of the days and times you specified on your original schedule request.
• You register for a class that is a different level than you specified in your schedule request. Click here for class descriptions. If you have any doubts as to the appropriate level to request, please contact us before making a schedule request.
• You request group or private lessons by selecting "I''ll accept either" then decline to take private lessons.
• You don''t register for a class at all.

What to keep in mind when making your schedule request

• Make a schedule request for each student you want to take classes
• If you want to participate in more than one session, make a separate schedule request for each session.
• If you are requesting for multiple sessions in your neighborhood pool, it''s usually better to request the same skill level for each session. Typically we have the same or similar group of kids who take class throughout the summer, which means they will progress at a similar rate. IF in Summer 2 or Summer 3 your child has advanced beyond the rest of the group, let us know before the session starts and we''ll switch them into a different class.
• The $25 you pay per schedule request is not an extra fee, it''s just a deposit.
• You will be able to indicate whether you want group or private lessons. You can also indicate "I''ll accept either," meaning that if we are not able to create a group class, you will take private lessons instead. Please see our Cost section for pricing.

What happens after I''ve made a request?

• After you have completed your request, you will receive an email receipt indicating the schedule request(s) you made. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a Road Runner or AOL email address it is likely the web receipt will not make it to your inbox, so please be sure to print your receipt on the final check out page.
• Once the schedule request period has closed, Atlantis will create the schedule.
• You will receive an email with the status of your request (whether or not we were able to meet your request) and an indication that you can now complete part 2 of the registration process.
